My parents had met her before we did, and my mom could not stop raving about this Alyssah girl. It wasn't on our minds to hire a wedding planner because, me being the person I am, I thought it would be totally doable to plan an entire wedding in California all the way from Texas. When you spend so much time with someone on the phone, texting, emailing, on Google Meets, etc., you get really close really fast. Alyssah truly became a part of our family through this process. She saw the good, the bad, the ugly, and everything in between and leaped over every hurdle that came our way with us. She took every crazy idea and vision and turned it all into reality to create the most perfect wedding little me could have ever imagined having.
