We'll start by determining your guest count and priorities. Then, we'll create a budget based on what's most important to you. With a clear understanding of what you have to spend, we'll help you select key vendors and make big decisions confidently. And because we'll regularly monitor and manage your budget, you can be sure there won't be any costly surprises along the way.

ONLINE PLANNING PLATFORM
We’ll help you stay informed and organized while keeping track of your vendors, checklists, and to-dos. With one online hub for planning and communication,​​​​​ you can access your planning details anytime. And you'll know with full confidence -even from afar- that we're behind the scenes taking care of everything.

the DESIGN

DESIGN BOARD
By communicating your desires and needs and knowing the right questions to ask, we'll handpick vendors to match your style, personality, and budget. And because we'll be the main point of contact, we'll save you hundreds of emails and headaches along the way. We put a lot of thought and intention into the vendors we choose to recommend to you, and have long-standing relationships with some of the best in Nashville.

VENDOR SELECTION
Visualize the desired look and feel of your wedding with a custom design board created just for you. With personal and unique ideas for florals, decor, and design elements such as lighting and draping, you'll better understand and communicate what you want. And we can easily share your ideas with your design vendors- ensuring everyone is on the same page.

03 PHASE THREE
the EXPERIENCE

TELL ME THE DETAILS
Fully enjoy your day knowing we'll be there to make sure things are running on time and according to plan. As the first to arrive and the last to leave, our team will be your eyes, ears, and advocates from start to finish. We'll communicate with all of your vendors and oversee every detail, taking care of any hiccups or challenges that may arise so that you and yours can relax and be truly present on one of the most important days of your life.

WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
Once your guest count is confirmed, we'll begin to wrap up all of the miscellaneous–yet necessary–details. And we'll update and finalize your layout, seating charts, and day-of timeline. We'll thoroughly pull all of the details and logistics together and communicate the plan to everyone involved- ensuring every aspect of your wedding runs smoothly and efficiently.
